Hostile takeover on cards: Should you sell Mindtree or keep stock?

On the other hand, AK Prabhakar of IDBI Capital prefers Tata Elxsi to Mindtree. According to Prabhakar, the investor can move for protracted-term funding in Mindtree, but no longer for 1-2 years.

The reviews of L&T’s eyeing stake in Mindtree started in mid-January when the inventory has risen over thirteen percent.
