Taking to her social media manager, Esha said that the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) server was down for three days, preventing her from updating documents essential for her travels. She reportedly slammed the government, claiming that their servers were down and assist traces were disconnected.
Her tweets weren’t overlooked, and the official assistance center managers contacted her to assist with the procedure. A visibly angry Esha said, “I submitted my request for an information update. And every occasion I name the quantity supplied, the personals say – your server is down. M was not sending DM. Imagine folks that can’t tweet you; what they must be going through is ridiculous.”
Later, she deleted her tweets.
