Kapil Sharma hosted Kesari stars Parineeti Chopra and Akshay Kumar on his popular chat show, The Kapil Sharma Show. The episode changed into a laugh ride for the visitors as the two stars related incidents from the sets of Kesari.

The actress revealed how disciplined Akshay is on the shoots and how she is always on her toes to match the actor.

Parineeti narrated how the two actors used to play poker during their loose time, and frequently, she misplaced it with Akshay during their gaming periods. Moreover, she owed cash to him, and given the instances, she lost the game to him.
Kesari is an action-struggle film starring Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra in the lead roles. It is based on the authentic story of the Battle of Saragarhi, in which 21 Sikhs fought fearlessly towards 10,000 Afghans in 1897.

Director Anurag Singh, who has teamed up with Akshay Kumar for their upcoming movie “Kesari,” says running with stars is heavy-duty.

Anurag has directed “Kesari,” which is based totally on the Battle of Saragarhi fought between the British Indian army’s Sikh Regiment and Afghan tribesmen in September 1897.

“I did not think I would no longer focus on something else if I had a celebrity in my movie. Instead, the responsibility is more when you have a star in your film as you do not want to dishearten fanatics.
