From pilots breaking the glass ceiling at 35,000 feet to solo tourists visiting every country, Condé Nast Traveler’s Women Who Travel has spent the closing years celebrating the trailblazing ladies who refuse to stay domestic and strive to touch the sky. Through storytelling, podcasting, a Facebook group (now over 130,000 individuals sturdy!), and month-to-month meetups, it’s also advanced into a safe space for self-identifying women to share experiences, switch tour hints, and shape new friendships. So, it’s best that we’ve begun traveling the world collectively—and we couldn’t stop simply with one vacation spot.
We released our Women Who Travel institution journeys to Colombia earlier this year. We’ve learned to do everything from dance champeta in Cartagena to cook bandeja paisa in Medellin. The excellent element, although, is that we were given to satisfy like-minded girls we already need to travel with once more—that’s why we have decided to introduce a second Women Who Travel vacation spot. Next, forestall? Mexico.
Like our Colombia journeys, our Mexico itinerary will be run in partnership with El Camino Travel, a lady-owned excursion agency that focuses on immersive, responsible institution journey reviews. They’ve controlled relaxed institution travel by scratching the tour buses and umbrella-waving guides and including elements like an on-ride photographer and nearby creatives as hosts. To ensure this experience delivers for our network, we’ve given the itinerary our editorial touch: our Condé Nast Traveler editors have scouted every meal, live, and adventure on the floor, all with a collection of self-identifying woman tourists in mind. The revel in might be intimate, too: With simply 15 spots on each journey, the journey is designed to sense like a getaway with buddies, even if you show up as a celebration of one.

Museo Frida Kahlo and our professional neighborhood courses will help us navigate the capital metropolis. In Oaxaca, we’ll discover the country’s ancient roots and artisanal history, with food focused around the vicinity’s rich moles, visits to artist’s studios and workshops, and lots of small-batch mezcal tastings to wash it all down. We’ll also realize the women behind our stories—from lunch with a nearby female entrepreneur in Mexico City to an afternoon spent on a family-owned agave farm alongside the matriarch who keeps things walking.
